THE VISION
Esthetic: Clean & Elegant. Beautiful fonts.
(We are refreshing our brand and renovating our venue. Our style is elegant and we will be giving the interior a new "French Modern" look. Lots of white and a little tiny bit of black. (We love your new branding for your website!). I particularly like the handwritten font.
Main Goal: Get couples to schedule a tour (on an intake form).
*Easy functionality.
*Connect to our blog (WIX) that is EASY to maintain so we can get good SEO
*Have the ability to create lead magnet pages connected to our website (hidden from the rest of the navigation). For the purpose of SEO and to lead our clients in a specific direction or to collect email addresses with "freebies" like "guild booklets" they request.
What we need as a team:
*Easy to maintain and have excellent support if we run into problems.
*Also we use "Tripleseat" as our CRM so the website would need to be compatible.

UNIQUE SELLING POINTS
We are located on 20 acres in Fishers, IN. (a great location that still has a lot of acreage with mature trees, a beautiful pond and bridge and other areas or vignettes outdoors. Great to getaway from the city.
Our beautiful grounds are private and are a photographer's dream to take photos during the wedding or for engagement or family photos!
Our main house is very quant and cozy and we can accommodate up to 140 guests for a sit down meal.
Then we offer a "self serve" cottage which accommodates up the 40 people for a sit down dinner or more for an open house.
We are very flexible and offer several different locations where couples can have their ceremony. In the Main Hall in the Home, Outside on the Deck, on the Outside Patio, at the Garden Pergola.
We also have a bridal suite which has 4 separate rooms, and a Groom's quarters with a large screen and ability to watch sports, streaming movies or play video games. The house has 3 levels. The main level, upper level, and lower level. (The Bridal Suite is on the Upper level and the Grooms suite is on the Lower Level.)
NICHE OR SPECIALTY
We are considered an "Old Mansion" style of Venue according to the Knot and other Wedding sites. (We are not a Hall, or a Barn, or a Industrial Event Venue. (although The Home was probably build in the early 1990's.)
The Balmoral House is very cozy and elegant and very suitable for small event or a larger event for up to 140 people.
